Location: Sailboat House, Lake Merritt, Oakland

The race begins at 9am at the Sailboat House at Lake Merritt, 568 Bellevue Avenue in Oakland.

5K, 10K and 15K options. Race starts/ends at the Sailboat House, with the sidewalk around the lake as the course. The 5K is 1x around the Lake, 10K is 2x, and 15K 3x. The course is flat and all distances are certified. Water and volunteer assistance are available to runners. Participation ribbons are given to all runners with place ribbons awarded to the top male and female runners in ten year age groups. All levels of fitness welcome.
