There is nothing quite like the energy at a finish line. Last night, Girls on the Run Bay Area had the chance to experience it up close while volunteering at the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge in San Francisco.

Our team took on an exciting and important finish-line role: watching for the top runners as they crossed, connecting with them just beyond the line and helping record the leading finishers. It may seem like an easy job, but trust us, it takes quite a few hands! Just like the race, this is a great team building opportunity for us and our community! It’s always a fun evening filled with movement, encouragement and community.

We are grateful to the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge team for welcoming GOTRBA back to this high-energy event and to every volunteer who joined us. Thank you for bringing your enthusiasm, staying sharp at the finish line and representing Girls on the Run Bay Area so well. We already cannot wait to do it again.
